My brother in law is a commercial HVAC guy dealing with large condo and commercial/industrial projects. When I asked him for a referral for my residential project he set me up with Sam from Aircom. We installed an in floor radiant heating system so there were no ducts in the house. They provided us with a Daikin split system with one condenser outside the house connected to four heads inside.
We received multiple quotes for this involved job and Aircon's was competitive. They were also very flexible in working with me as both the homeowner and GC- and very patient; we had a number of delays to contend with due to other trades.
Once the work started, it was complete on schedule and on budget; a very clean install.
Follow up to correct a (very) minor issue was prompt and courteous.
Very happy and would not hesitate to use them again.

Chris has just taken on maintenance of the building and he diagnosed the problem with the industrial kitchen exhaust system. The building was reallynoisy as a result since it made the vents vibrate. He followed up with an estimate and a prognosis of what would happen if the repair was not done. He did the work and now the system is quiet again.

Chris was able to give give an explanation for the uninitiated. The repair has made the building quiet again so we can work peacefully.
