We’ve been happy with the service calls to clean & do checkups on our furnace, over the years. Recently we decided it was time to go to a high efficiency furnace, and, Accessible Heating offered us options suited to our needs. Very pleased with our choice, and found the installers polite and professional, making this a positive experience.

First, I dealt with Chantal to set up the appointment. She was very friendly, professional and quick to respond to all my inquiries. I got an appointment really quickly and at a good time.
Our technician was Khalid and I got a call to say he was on his way. This is a really helpful option to make sure you are home if you've stepped out for a minute.
Khalid was super. I was at work so my son was there for the appointment. According to my son, the technician was very professional and "a gem of a human being". He took the time to explain everything he was doing and how to ensure we keep our furnace running efficiently. According to my son he went above and beyond a normal service call.
Very happy with the company and will deal with them again.

I get my yearly maintenances done with Axis Heating and Air Conditioning for the last 4 years. They seam honest, no complaints at all. I recommend them to everyone i know.

Axis provided prompt service during a cold snap last week. Quickly diagnosed the problem and advised us on how to fix it, though it wasn't something they could resolve (frozen roof vents). Their price was also very good compared to many. We have used the company for several years and have had a great relationship with them.

Called Axis. They booked me an appointment quickly. Mike showed up, diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly and offered solutions to make sure the issues wouldn't happen again. Quick, efficient and courteous service. These guys are my go-to for any HVAC issues.

I have had air conditioners, water heaters, HRVs installed by Axis heating and cooling for different houses in the last few years. I have to say that I don't have anything negative to say about this company. I have encountered some problems with a couple of the appliances, and it took some time and efforts on both sides to try to resolve them, but at the end, all issues were resolved to my satisfaction. If I have heating and cooling needs in the future, I will use the company again.

Our A/C is less than 5 years old and is still under parts and labor warranty. We had to pay for a "service" call which somehow is not part of the labor warranty. It was determined our unit has a low pressure. Refrigerant was added (at our cost). If it leaked again, we need to pay for another service call (at a reduced rate) to put dye into the system to locate the leak, plus the cost of another refrigerant top up.

I was told we didn't pay the option to cover the "service" calls at the time of purchase.

Axis did a great job installing my AC - works like a charm. Installers were on time, polite and professional. Install was done quickly including appropriately sized breaker and all new lines.

The Axis Heating technician finished the "furnace and air conditioner tune up" for about 1 hr in total. It was primarily a check up with multi-meter, than a tune up. The AC indoor coils were not inspected as indicated in the sales brochure & the furnace was vacunmned only near the cover. He also didnt want to give me an inspection results report, and therefore I do not know what he actually did or if he knew what he was doing.

Last year we moved into a new house, and didn't get AC from the builder. Axis had dropped off flyers around the neighbourhood for a group buy opportunity, but I ignored it. Luckily my neighbour talked to me about the deal. Unfortunately I called Axis 1 day later than the expiry of the deal, however, they honoured it anyway, even though they had to give me a newer model of AC. Installation was quick, and the guys were very personable and respectful of our property. The equipment doesn't have the best rating in the industry, but for the price, and with a 10 year warranty I thought it was worth the risk.
