To Aida and the Villa Kitchen team, Just wanted to take this time to say thank you. My family and I are so grateful to you and your entire team at Villa Kitchens. Transitioning from a home of 50 years to a Condo, for my mom, was very overwhelming. From our initial meeting with you, you were able to make that transition much smoother. The professionalism, attention to detail, incredible design, commitment to quality production and customer service are all traits that separate Villa from any other company. You should be proud of your entire team, from yourself, to Stefano, Anita, your install team, everyone in the shop and Mike your service technician. What a team!! I have been referring Villa Kitchens to anyone searching for a Kitchen company.

Have Villa kitchens kitchen ..... No coustemer service ! Make apoitments 5 times to replace 2 doors ...... Some time come with scratches doors some time come and forget the the doos in office and some time cancell apoitmet 20 minutes before........ Never back to this company ! Bad service no understanding !

We visited with Ida, the owner and she understood right from the start what we wanted. When I questioned different things on her floor plan, she explained why she thought this would work best. No question was ever d or bothersome. The most important part is when you need something adjusted or fixed they come back quickly and adjust or fix the problem immediately. I would recommend this company so quickly and happily.

Liked the fact they underrstood our needs and designed accordingly. they were on time, with a lot of great suggestions. they have in-house designer who can help with colour selection etc. it was well worth it.
