My wife and I wanted a steel roof for some obvious reasons; better for the environment, and longevity. But more than anything; we wanted it to look great. We are proud home owners and we wanted a roof that was going to compliment the house. We looked at many products but we felt that Ontario Shake n Tile had the best product. It also looked the best. It had a more 'Natural' look than other steel roofs. The installation guys were great too (very experienced) Steel Roof Myths: I often get asked the following questions: Isn't it loud when it rains? and Can you walk on the roof? I don't know about other steel roofs but there is no noticable difference when it rains and YES, its OK to walk on the roof. I would recommend Ontario Shake 'n Tile.
