We have used Faucet Fix in Ottawa for many years. Once again they have provided excellent fast service, competitive prices and very polite staff. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
However, a year later one of the toilet floor flanges cracked and Faucet Fix stopped answering the phone and numerous emails. Hmmm . . .

We've been having issues with hot water and believed the issue was with our Mixing Valve. I contacted Faucet Fix and was quoted a good price for the repair. I requested a quick service call since it is not fun having cold showers. I got a quick appointment, Faucet Fix arrived on time and introduced themselves with a smile and friendly hand shake. Explained what they were going to do. Work was done fast and clean and the mixing valve that was removed was shown to me with a nice explanation of what went wrong with it. I give Faucet Fix a 10 out of 10 for there excellent work and would recommend them to anyone needing help with a plumbing issue.

I just used Faucet Fix to repair one of my toilets, change a bathtub spout and change a shower head. I have used Faucet Fix for several years and I have always been impressed with their service. Their plumbers (in this case Kirk) are always professional and I have always been very satisfied with their work.

I have always had a good experience with Faucet Fix. This job included repairing a toilet, sink plug mechanism and reinstalling the wall hung sink.
My sink had sank down on one side and was no longer level. I had two other contractors look at it, but they could not fix it. Also, the sink plug no longer closed properly and could not be easily fixed because the mechanism was covered by a porcelin cowl under the sink. Finally, the low flow toilet had developed a noise when the tank refilled.
I had been reluctant to call in another plumber to level the sink, but my wife wanted it fixed so I called Faucet Fix. The appointment was scheduled within a day or two of my call and the first plumber took care of levelling the sink, fixing the malfunctioning plug and replaced the float mechanism in the toilet tank. In addition, the plumber noticed that the water shut off valve to the toilet no longer closed completely, so we had it replaced. We were very pleased with the service.
Unfortunately, the the toilet started to drip ever so slightly. I called Faucet Fix and another plumber came out the next day and adjusted the level of of the water level in the tank. It seemed to work, but being an intermittent problem, we noticed that it started again. The next working day Curtis, the company owner came out to my house and replaced the faulty part himself and the problem was fixed. Now that is service!
Like most people, we are always pleased when a problem is taken care of well the first time. But the best measure of a quality service is when "things go wrong". It is then you see the true quality of the service provided by a company. Faucit Fix offers a high quality service.

Had them here today great service, very knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves and organized. As a reapeat customer they are always great and always a company I would use for plumbing needs.
