Structube

We went to the structube at Shops On Don Mills. We were treated by friendly staff who helped us select the table we wanted. The AKO expanding table and 6 chairs to match. We love our new dining set and can't wait to entertain family and guests. Then fold it up for more space when everyone leaves.

Sales personnel were helpful and delivered fast service, offered to call another location to check for stock. Item was ready for pick-up when we went to the other location on the same afternoon.

I purchased a couple of very stylush chairs and a queen bed frame (still eaiting for the bed frame) what really impressed me was the happy and friendly service I received from Katrina borh times, as I went to make separate purchases!

Went to the store and ordered a Picasso coffee table to ship in from Montreal. When the item came to the store on time one week later, Structube sent me a text message saying I could pick it up from their store. The employee there also helped load the table into the car at their loading dock! Excellent designs, service, and quality. I would however like to see the packaging use less crumbling protective foam.

After lots of shopping around for dining room chairs for our new house, we discovered that Structube had the most stylist furniture and the best price range for the quality. We were very happy with the chairs we got and the price we paid. Service was excellent and the chairs came in earlier than anticipated.

We bought a natural edge table and side table. We liked the display model. No hassle; the manager packed it and put a new one up for display. Nice. It looks great in our dining room. We can't wait for our side table which is on back order.

It was my first time to visit this company and like it and the same time I shopped. I like the service and all the designs. And thanks for all that ideas that you all had in the store.

The quality of the products are great with a very reasonable price. I bought an beautiful dinner table with chairs and a branch and I just loved it!!!

The Myrna is a lovely sofa. The light green is a beautiful colour and adds something very special to the space.

The sales associate charged me an extra $30 on top of the $80 I already paid which I thought was ridiculous. I live in a 3 story walk up with 5 flights of stairs in total and she didn't give me the contract with the fine print until the transaction was already done and paid for. The fine print said that if there isn't an elevator in the building the delivery men can take the items up 2 flights max. So she charged me an additional $10 PER FLIGHT! Upon arrival the delivery men were in shock when I told them this and they said that they don't see a penny of that money and they would have taken it wherever I wanted it free of charge.

Overall the sofa is gorgeous but the service was dumb. Not impressed.
