We have four children and our old couches were cooked, so we checked out structube and liked what we saw. Quality furniture for a great price.
The pieces don't come assembled which isn't a problem, except when we tried to assemble our Florian chairs without power tools as the instructions stated we did get frustrated.
After we got the appropriate tools we were able to get them together with little issues.
We love our new furniture ❤️

I bought bar stools for my kitchen. Very friendly staff. Both times I went in staff took time explaining of what a wonderful company and its history and educated me on product knowledge and very honest in helping me pick out specification for my needs.
I was very satisfied with the service and will definetly shop there again .

I had a good experience moving from one Canadian city to another. The staff in my old city were very helpful and they ordered things to be picked up by me in the new city. Pickup was a bit of a wait at the warehouse but I was warned about that. I really like the look of my new furniture and it was relatively easy to build!

As a new student in the city of Montreal, I have been looking to move in a modern, simple and fresh looking home. A place I would be proud to bring my girlfriend home.

Ordered some of their great looking products online. Unfortunately, they don't deliver some of the items I wanted to where I live, so I had to call the closest store,order the items through the store, and drive 4 hours to pick it up. Apparently I won't get any help loading the items into my vehicle.

I furnished my first apartment at Structube and I could not be happier with the result. The prices are reasonable, the service is great, and the final look is both cosy and elegant. It is by far my favourite store when it comes to decorations and anything home related. I would highly recommend!

I live in a very old house and I'm moving to a more modern space, and it was time for an update. I visited the store to check out the LEE dining chairs I'd seen online, and ordered them!
While there, I tried out some armchairs and ended up really loving one. I ended up ordering it too...the Florian in dark grey. It's beautiful and comfortable!

I was very impressed with great design, price and quality of everything at Structube. I've already got my eye on a coffee table.

The only downside of Structube was that they were not able to deliver this item outside the city limits (we live an hr from the Calgary stores in Canmore). Once we got the bed to our house it has been amazing - easily put together and the quality has been superb. We have had children jumping on it and now movement from the frame!

We shopped many different furniture stores. After all the research, we decided to go with Structube for most of our furniture for our new home. Overall speaking, Structube's furniture have among balance Modern design; good quality and fair price. The rug, lamp, coffee table and chair all bought from structube. There are more ;)

I came to the store found a really cheap sectional @$899. Paid $90 for delivery, This delivery charge was mandatory because the London store doesn't have warehouse to store it. As a small lady, I specifically asked if assembly was included. No hesitation the sales lady answered me yes.
Now the delivery company called me and when I asked about assembly, the person said I need to pay additional $80. I called the store, and was told "no one in the store would tell you that $90 included assembly". I think this is the biggest harassment to their customer, because I came to the store with my friend.
This sales lady wrote another salesperson's name (Mark) on the receipt, so now I can't remember her name. The salesperson code printed on my receipt is 1788, if she did not use Mark's code.
Be careful when purchasing from this store, lots of hidden fees.
