Structube

We had a terrific experience with Structube. From purchasing through delivery. Everyone was polite and helpful. We received phone calls to keep us informed of expected product arrival. Our new dining chairs and hutch are great. No scratches or problems. In fact, we were surprised at how carefully they were packaged so you wouldn't slice them with a box opener. Great attention to details.

Purchased 2 modern, matching grey arm chairs and love them! They are very comfortable and the size is perfect for the space and also for the people who will sit in them. They took almost 2 weeks to receive and I picked them up the day they arrived in the store. I've already recommended Structube to a couple of friends.

I bought a nice sofa off you guys and it is great quality. The sofa was delivered promptly, absolutely no negative comments, other than the fact that I couldn't find the sofa legs, they were hidden underneath

Good service at the store. Only reason I took off a star was the delivery that did not go very well. But the manager presented his apologies and reimbursed the delivery fee. Overall good experience.

I purchased the Bruge leather 3 seater and the Hamburg bar table. Both came as advertised and are both very quality products for the price. The only issue i have is the long delivery time being in BC. Structube has no warehouses out west and all purchases must be shipped from out east. You really need to factor in over a month from time of purchase to delivery. If you can wait that long then go for it you won't be disappointed. Structube really need to get a warehouse out this way.

I bought two sofas. First time they could not brought in the house for over size. Changed the order and new product supplied and both were damaged. One got replaced and another was not. I was charged for all these deliveries but I was told by the store that I shall not be charged for one delivery. It was never refunded.
Delivery timing is too inconvenient. Only delivery available between 12 to 5 p.m and people remain in work in that time period. You are too much rigid about this timing.
Just for this rigid delivery timing, I suffered and I had to take off from my work,

Went to Structube to look around and was pleasantly surprised with the selection. I ended up buying he Zak nesting tables, they arrived on time to pick up at the store, only thing was it was missing a bolt for one of the tables. I called the store and I was able to get the missing bolt the same day. Customer service was great.

A very good experience. Everyone have been kind. I will certainly come back. The furniture that i have chosen fit perfectly well. One of my relatives suggested me to visit your store and i am glad i did.

I bought Lida chairs to match my vintage dinning room table. Great looking chairs, the quality is amazing and the price was fantastic! I'm looking to buy more pieces for our formal living room. I'm very pleased.

Seen a sample we liked inquired bout it and ordered it. Simple system. Better quality than other furniture options in the area. Delighted with our choice. Great options and never felt hassled
