Structube

Went to Structube to find a bed-side lamp I saw on the catalogue. Unfortunately they did not have it in store, but a very cute staff member helped e find a different one which I am very happy with :)

Although my chairs are on back order, the service so far has been good. The store in Vancouver was nice. I haven't received the chairs yet but they should be here by mid August.

We went to structube looking for bedroom furniture. We found our dream bed frame and we're helped to our purchase. Staff always asked if we needed help when they walked by, but weren't pushy and we really noticed that and appreciated it.

I bought these chairs to use as "extras" but once I got them in my space I fell in love with the modern design. The color of the chair gave the space a much needed pop.

Structube forgot to send a request for the shipping of my furniture, so I had to deal with the carrier myself because they wouldn't do it. I had to call Structube and the carrier many times before my furniture was delivered. Altough the furniture was as expected.

My husband and I recently visited the store downtown as this was the closest to our house. While we had good assistance downtown, they did not have the table we wanted to look at on the floor and were directed to the Southside location. At the Southside store, we were offered assistance and the sale staff were not too pushy. They allow us to spend some time in peace (which I like) but were never too far if we had questions. The best part was a few weeks later, I went back to the Southside location and was sure I knew what chairs I was going to order. When I got there, I saw another one that I unexpectedly liked. One of the sales reps (a lady) noticed me contemplating two different chairs... she proceeded to grab the remaining 4 chairs from the back and bring them over to the front where I was at and set them up at a table and she sat there with me to ensure these would be comfortable (and fit) side by side. She gave her opinion on the style she like (but by no means was it pushy). She was calm and friendly. I used to work in a furniture store -she was not the stereotype. She made my decision easier and without feeling pushed in a certain way or bullied, which sadly sometimes happens. I wish I knew her name to give the shout-out. I heard about the return procedure/process and I am not jumping for joy about it. Wish it was easier if you change your mind and absolutely feel like if something went wrong, it could be a battle.

Structube has modern and stylish furniture, helpful staff and prices that are affordable. Good sized showrooms make it easy to view all items. We are very pleased with our dining set.

Two of the bedside tables we purchases were damaged. We were able to fix one, and the other we had to exchange. Once one of the tables were exchanged we were able to finish out bedroom look.

Table arrived in two packages. Easy to assemble and looks elegant and airy in my kitchen/dining room. The tabletop is a good size for 4 or even more people. I am very happy with my purchase.

The product is great! My kids love. My friends are jealous. They want one too. I like the size and the weight. It is very transportable as is comes in 2 boxes. My daughters and I assembled in minutes. And ta-da, we started to enjoy the comfort right away!
