Structube was the worst experience I have ever had.
- went in to purchase a bed frame, chairs, mattress and couch
- decided to purchase bedframe and chairs and then add to my order later on - was told that everything would ready for pick up in approx 3 weeks
- put down approx $800 on the purchase and would pay the final $250 when everything was ready
- called a month later to add to my order and was told that my chairs were ready for pick up but that the bedframe was on back order for 3 more months - no one called to let me know about this
- was told by the Gastown (Vancouver) manager that I was wrong and it said on my receipt - it didnt say anything on the receipt
- was told by same manager to call the customer service line on the website, but he wouldnt give me the # so i looked it up while on the phone and confirmed that the number that said "ONLINE ORDERS" was customer service, he said yes
- called customer service number, the number was only for online orders so they couldnt help me at all. Was furious and demanded the email address of the regional manager - was provided with the address and then said good bye, unfortunately the person on the structube end did not hang up and i hear him ridiculing me and my situation to another staff member
- emailed about the whole situation and said i wanted a full refund
- waiting 7 days and finally got a call from the Regional manager who said he would "lay out the red carpet" for me and do whatever he could to make me happy. I asked what that consisted of and he said he would not charge me the $100 delivery fee. I was never told about this delivery fee, it is not mentioned on the receipt or in any emails - i declined and said i wanted a full refund and would never purchase from them again
- went in the store the next day to get said refund, it took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to provide me with refund
I highly recommend NEVER EVER PURCHASING FROM STRUCTUBE
