Clogged drain line to septic tank

Service was impeccable, called for help at 8am Ron and John arrived at 10.20am.
Septic line was blocked.
They dug down to septic tank access lid camered and cabled the line.Problem solved!!!
This the second time we have used Mr Rooter, they are just great people to deal with and would definitely recommend their services to all.
They are not cheap but we are firm believers you get what you pay for.

Well pump

Work was excellent. Price was ridiculous! Charged for two service calls when the work was obvious . Diagnostic charge was $200 when the work was obvious. $500+ due to new regulations. Would have been $100-200 previously. Would not have used the service other than it was Thanksgiving weekend and most services were not available. Will never use Rooter again and would strongly advise any one not to use it?
The workmen were not to blame and were very professional.

If you are referring to us having to return with a second technician due to us having to enter a confined space, we are sorry, but safety is our top priority. Blocked sewer drain from house.

Basement floor drain was gurgling and it appeared that our sewer pipe was partially blocked. The Mr. rooter crew showed up on time and very quickly found the issue, a tree root growing through the drain pipe. Quick fix and using a camera we now know exactly where the blockage was and other downstream sewer issues that may become problems in future with city side of the pipe. Very happy. Drains work better than ever. Thank you!

PLumbing issue

Upon retuning home I noticed water leaking through the door frame in my basement. We contact Mr Rooter and they came out the following day. They were very pleasant and we were able to locate and fix the problem in a matter of minutes. They were friendly and courteous even though it was later in the evening on a Friday. They were in no hurry at all and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
