Basement Renovation review in Barrie

The sewer grate in the basement overflowed and making a mess as well as smelling foul. Your servicemen were very polite and thorough. They checked all the taps, and shutoffs, showers, and toilets. They ran a camera diagnostic through the system up to the city main line across the street. I have no problem recommending your services to my friends and family. Thank you for giving us peace of mind regarding our water system.

Brydon Pole was our technician and he was excellent. He walked us through our service options and went to work on fixing the blockage in the pipes. It apparently was not an easy find however his persistance eventually found the problem and Brydon managed to break through enough to let the water in our basement recess. He didnt give up until the problem was fixed enough to give us relief. Bryon was mindfull of our situation and our home. He was polite and knowledgable of his job.
I would highly recommend Mr Rooter to anyone! Thanks Brydon ...for making a stinky situation better.
