Please remove my latest review. Absolutely not impressed with service. Provided initial down-payment $7,5 00 dollars. Work supposed to be competed within 10 days. First two weeks I was impressed with the service. After posting review last Sunday August 20 2023 before work was even completed relationships changed drastically. This past Monday and Tuesday no one showed up to continue with unfinished work no email no phone call to advised of situation. Wednesday and Thursday two employees showed up and worked less that about 4 hours each day. FRIDAY Aug 25th no one showed up to work. Over past week my wife has been receiving harassing phone calls/rude and sarcastic emails from HomeBridge demanding to cash cheques for $21,000 dollars while the job isn't even finished and over one week behind schedule. Please remove my previous 5 star rating.

In 2018 I purchased a new hot water tank from Homebridge Canada. I was told that my current tank would be returned to previous company and that there would be no cost to me for them to give me a new tank.
Three and a half years later, multiple phone calls, emails and text messages lead to collection agencies starting to call my home regarding the outstanding payment of the hot water tank. Homebridge Canada DID NOT return my tank nor did they return any PAPERWORK as promised to the other company, and it has been confirmed several times that there is no record of the return. Because of this, I ultimately was forced to pay the balance of my tank amount, which was $1200. Neither Benno, Mike, nor Lance refused to claim responsibility for their error. Mike actually told my concern of damaging my perfect credit rating and multiple calls from a collection agency ' was not his problem, it was mine'. If Homebridge Canada had of returned the hot water tank like they were supposed to, none of this would have been an issue.

Take it from a Customer Experience Founder in Homebuilding, you do NOT want to go near this company. Do your research. There are lots of HVAC companies who have the product backing, warranty, service and customer experience skills that’s worth paying more for. HomeBridge replaced a York Ventor motor and refused to Warranty the product stating it wasn’t their product, even though they provided the motor and installed it. They proceeded to charge me service calls within the 1 year warranty period and just as it came up for 1 year, I asked again to replace it and all they wanted was me to buy into a monthly service plan. Russel and Lance ignored us and left us stranded. We won’t ever recommend them. Don’t trust the service techs. Service calls don’t reflect what they actually do and leave the notes off the paperwork of what the real problem was.

Although Rejin was quick to respond, there was some confusion about parts. The day after the visit, the manager was supposed to have ordered two parts. When I called to find out what was happening, he said he hadn't put the order through because he was waiting for confirmation. [?] It was unclear from whom confirmation was needed, I asked him to go ahead as it was urgent... without a working furnace, we had to rely on two heaters that needed to be moved around continuously for warmth and to keep the pipes from freezing. When I asked when they would arrive, he was vague and said Tuesday afternoon. Called again Wednesday & was told they still had to get the part. Thursday morning we were told they would have the part and would be by in the afternoon for installation. We were relieved and were looking forward to a normal New Year's Eve. At around 3:00ish, I get a call from Rejin saying "bad news". The parts place was closed for New Year's Eve! Of course it was... all businesses close early on holidays. WHY didn't the manager make arrangements for pick-up first thing in the morning? Why wasn't this anticipated? The upshot is that we now have to wait 4 more days, possibly 5, before parts & labour are co-ordinated. My electrical bills will be sky high because of this, not to mention the discomfort & worry [base heaters are the no. 1 cause of house fires]. And of course, I couldn't even speak to the manager because HE had gone home for New Years, leaving us in this position.

Homebridge did a great job planning and implementing a retrofit of our basement HVAC to significantly increase head room, relocate the furnace, install a tankless hot water heater, and install a new AC unit in our 5 year old house. The original builder installed the ducts right down the middle of the rooms. Homebridge has moved everything off to the side to make the spaces livable. Mike, the sales consultant, was quick to reply to any questions I had; Lance, the owner, provided his extensive expertise and experience to plan the duct work relocations; and Richard, the HVAC technician, did a great job with the installation. Every stage was done on-time and on-budget. Highly recommend.

Good job at very reasonable cost. Right on time to start and finished in time. No surprises and they delivered as promised.

He showed me how to operate the fireplace as I was never shown and never had one before
