M & M Window Company Inc

Never get your windows and door done by this company. I had a door done and there was a gap between the door and frame. We called the installer to come back and fix it but he refuse to, saying that it's suppose to be like that and no one in the company was able to rectify this problem despite calls after calls. It was obvious that the door was too small.

M & M sent one installer to install the Doors and the screen. The installer was terrible with the workmanship. We found out that the handle was installed upside down. The screen was not properly installed either. We called the office and complained about it. Three weeks later , the same installer came with an attitude. He didn't get it fixed properly again. The retractable screen was very hard to operate. The corner of the screen even came out of the bracket. We called them and left messages, still nobody returned out call. We finally got hold of them and one of owner came to check on the doors. Nothing was done. They said we broke the screen. They ended up not fixing the problem at all. We reported to Better Business Bureau. They again did not replying to the issue. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Good that we tested this company out before making the decision on changing all the windows of our home with another company instead.
