My old system was unable to reach set temperature during the summer months. It would run all day, with the house slowly getting warmer through the day, and the finally cool the house down overnight only to o the same thing the next day.

I had another company look at the system, and they recommended replacing the entire system (air conditioner, air handler, cooling module, etc). Baldwin took the time to assess the full system and work directly with Unico to figure out the best way to resolve my issues - in the end he recommended a heat pump to replace the air conditioner, and a new cooling module. Not only was this cheaper than replacing everything, it has gained efficiency because the heat pump will be used to warm the house until it gets very cold outside when my hybrid system will kick in.

At the same time as the install was going on, I changed to an Ecobee smart thermostat which caused a couple of other issues (the old thermostat was proprietary) that Baldwin patiently worked through.
