From the beginning the team at Pacific Home Comfort were friendly, knowledgeable, transparent and accommodating. Our old AC stopped working and we needed to have a new one installed. We worked with Baldwin who really knows his stuff! He gave us recommendations that fit our budget and completed the installation as promised.

From start to finish, my experience working with Pacific Home Comfort was outstanding. Delmyra was personable, communicative, and great to work with. Our installation required maneuvering nearly four flights of stairs from the street, with several twisty turns and bends, presenting quite a challenge. Despite these obstacles, Baldwin and his team remained diligent and professional throughout the entire process.

One aspect that stood out to me was Baldwins meticulous craftsmanship. He does great work it showed in the details. This level of care and precision made a significant difference in the final result. Their dedication, expertise, and attention to detail left me thankful I went with them.

The team arrived promptly and worked efficiently to complete the installation of the combo New Furnace, Air Filter and A/C. They were courteous, respectful of the home, and left the work areas spotless when they finished. The attention to every detail was evident, and the installation process was smooth and hassle-free. Most importantly, the performance of the entire new HVAC system has been outstanding! The system operates quietly and the air quality has more than noticeably improved. We had to replace our 30+ year old AC unit and Delmyra was so easy to talk with on the phone to figure out options before even having anyone in the house. She was always quick to respond to any questions and sent an estimate detailing work and parts.
Baldwin came to the house first to take measurements and ensure there was nothing in the the house that would be unexpected.
The installation itself went smoothly and as planned.

My old system was unable to reach set temperature during the summer months. It would run all day, with the house slowly getting warmer through the day, and the finally cool the house down overnight only to o the same thing the next day.

I had another company look at the system, and they recommended replacing the entire system (air conditioner, air handler, cooling module, etc). Baldwin took the time to assess the full system and work directly with Unico to figure out the best way to resolve my issues - in the end he recommended a heat pump to replace the air conditioner, and a new cooling module. Not only was this cheaper than replacing everything, it has gained efficiency because the heat pump will be used to warm the house until it gets very cold outside when my hybrid system will kick in.

At the same time as the install was going on, I changed to an Ecobee smart thermostat which caused a couple of other issues (the old thermostat was proprietary) that Baldwin patiently worked through.

Many thanks to Baldwin and Del for responding so quickly, making a cost effective recommendation, and working though the challenges till the system was was working perfectly. I'm super happy with the outcome, and my house has never felt more comfortable. If need HVAC work done, Baldwin and Del should be your first call.
