We had to replace our 30+ year old AC unit and Delmyra was so easy to talk with on the phone to figure out options before even having anyone in the house. She was always quick to respond to any questions and sent an estimate detailing work and parts.
Baldwin came to the house first to take measurements and ensure there was nothing in the the house that would be unexpected.
The installation itself went smoothly and as planned.
