We replaced our living room window about 15 years ago but just recently it became very cloudy. I was put in touch with Erika at VWD for a replacement window under their life time warranty. That was not a problem and a date and time was setup for replacement. Sammy, a pleasant and competent installer arrived on time and completed the job quickly and professionally. Thanks to all at VWD.

I have had a problem with the seal breaking in a few of my windows. The original window company has since been bought by Vinyl Window Designs and they came to my rescue, honoured my warranty and replaced the 4 affected windows. They were terrific!

Steve came to measure the windows and then came back today to install them. He was wonderful, very efficient, very conscientious and he did an amazing job. Vinyl Window Designs is lucky to have such a professional installer. I would highly recommend this company, for their quality windows, great customer service, and amazing installer.A 10 absolutely!

Vinyl Window Design replaced all our windows 18 years ago and they’ve stood behind their windows ever since. Recently replaced foggy window , installer (Loren) was quick, on time, with appropriate PPE and professional. VWD has addressed all our minor issues over the years with the same quality service. Highly recommended!

We had windows in our backroom installed about 12 yrs ago. Two of the panes went foggy. We contacted the installer and he forwarded us to VWD. Their service tech arrived at our home and quickly replaced the two panes. We had no problems or issues during our dealings with the company and were very pleased with the work the service tech provided.

Two of our three front windows (3 in 1 Unit) contained defective glass. LOREN efficiently and professionally changed them out. WE were very impressed.
