I had recently purchased an older home in Toronto. The basement had a running leak from the cold room into the basement. After receiving quotes from many other Waterproofing companies, I found David and Ryan to be honest, fair and trustworthy for the job. There were three separate areas in our basement, and we actually needed two sump pumps. The concrete in these basement areas needed breaking, and water needed to be drained before reconstruction. It is a horribly messy and dirty job, and the workers from Nu Site are true pros! They are excellent workers, and are as unobtrusive as possible. Ryan, Gemil and Mike have all been superb. I especially like the way Ryan has been able to problem solve, and resolve issues that arise (e.g. preventing piping from freezing, where to run the electrical) when our house and land structure does not allow for easy answers. Minor complaints I had were immediately taken care of.

In the past week, our sump pump has already been operating at capacity to drain rain water. Our real test will come when we have another torrential rainstorm..

I don't believe there will be unresolved issues and future problems, because this company prides itself on getting the job
right the first time.

Overall, we are thrilled with the service, and how accomodating they are from initial contract to after service

My experience with Nu-Site was very pleasant. I had been referred to this company by a colleague, and would recommend them to anyone experiencing issues with basement flooding. I found David to be exceptionally knowledgable; he was able to identify the issue specific to my home, and propose a feasible solution. He was also very professional, easy to communicate with, and he answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. When the crew showed up to do the work, they were prompt and efficient. Since the completion of the waterproofing, I've had no issues with moisture in my basement.

Very reliable. Were very prompt. After digging workers took the time to show me exactly where the problem (crack) was and went through the process of how this will be repaired. Everything was cleaned up to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend Nu Site Contractors

Three years ago I had a leak in my basement, and called several companies for estimates. Nu-Site seemed most knowledgeable, and their price was reasonable. They did an exterior waterproofing job, were prompt, and cleaned up afterwards. After 3 years with no recurring problem in that area, I called them again for a water leak in my cold storage room. This time it was an interior waterproofing job, completed well and promptly, and left completely clean. Hopefully, there will be no recurrent problem. I was extremely satisfied.

A corner of my home is leaking heavily every winter. Hired Nusite to waterproof 16 feet from the outside. Sergii and his crew showed up on time and completed the job in one day despite the difficulties encountered during the dig. The whole dig was done by hand by 2 crew members. They nicely cleaned up after the job was complete and were very courteous throughout answering my numerous questions. The waterproofing apparently comes with a 20 year warranty and I am waiting for the receipt from the company. I will have to wait till the winter to see if my basement still leaks, but I figure the warranty would cover that. I would certainly recommend Sergii and his crew.

Nusite was recommended to me from my cousin who had some repairs done for her last year. Had an old window well that was leaking all over the place when it rained. Gemil, the Nusite rep was nice and did a nice job of explaining to me how the drainage wasn't working in the window well and that it needed to be replaced. It's been working fine for over a month now and we've had a few rains since then and all looks good.

On August 14, 2012 Nu-Site Contractors came to waterproof a corner of my basement wall. Quick, efficient, looked like they knew what they were doing, clean, efficient worksite after completion and all was rosy. Proceeded to get work started to renovate that section of the basement which included new hardwood flooring. This spring with the rains and thaw, boards of the new floor in that "waterproofed corner" began to stain and become spongy. Water had gotten in somehow. My good filing system allowed me to get out the invoice noted the 25 year warranty and phoned, left two messages, then phoned the third time and talked to a gentleman who said he would send someone by. They a lady phoned me when I was in my car and I said it would be best if we talked when I was at home and had the document in front of me. Have never hear back and that was two week ago. I sent them an e-mail today telling them that unless I hear from them this would get publicized. So here it is, I will update this review when and if i ever heard from them. I heard from and had a visit from David the owner the afternoon of August 6th - nicer, more professional business man would be hdd to find. Showed hi the invoice on the original job. Turns out the work as done under the table by staff from his company at that time who are no longer there. However he would still honour the warranty and would not bad mouth the other company they went to. he looked at the situation and indicated t was not a waterproofing deficiency but rather an eaves direction situation. The water needs to be redirected on the down spout from the foundation. So that is what I am doing. I fully believe his explanation. So he came, he saw, he gave his wisdom and was really nice about the entire thing.
From the standpoint of his company I consider things closed successfully.
