We did not appreciate the initial man who quoted us a price because he tried to sell us a different colour door than what we knew suited our house. We have a white stone house and he was trying to tell us a sandstone coloured door would look good on it and there is no taupe on our entire house......made us think he had some sandstone doors to get rid of.
Our neighbour had them install his door and he was completely satisfied so we called them up and told them what we wanted door and colour-wise and they drew up the agreement and we were very satisfied with the end result

My "new house" has a warped garage door, and in minus 7 degree weather it popped a roller and would neither go up or down (stuck halfway). Needless to say I started investigating repair companies, but as serendipity would have it, an On-Track truck drove right by my house. I flagged down the owner who came over to pop the cord back in and put on my roller again. He also straightened the rails that the former owner had twisted because of hitting the door.
When he was done, the door rolled up and down wonderfully freely, and when I asked how much I owed him, he said "It's Christmastime". This employee should get some kind of recognition- a bonus or something!!

I will certainly consider On-Track when I come to replacing the damaged door for a real door- insulated and with windows.
