The team came in and explained where the issue was, which was more than a clogged drain. Had new pipes put in and they cleaned up very well with all the debris.

NEW FAUCETS AND NEW GARAGE WATER TAP

David did an excellent job for us today fixing 2 sink faucets, a bathtub shower faucet, a leaky toilet and installed a water tap with plumbing for our garage. Great Job!!!

19th century farmhouse

Port Hope

I have a late 19th century farmhouse which had completely outdated plumbing. Freezing pipes, low water pressure and very slow drains were the concerns. Dave from Vaillancourt plumbing came in and completely modernized the plumbing. Dave used plastic barriers to isolate the work areas to prevent dust from getting into other areas of the house.
Dave was polite, considerate and hard working, he showed up each day on time. I could not have been happier with the work done.

My kitchen faucet had a leaky hose. I called 1st thing in the morning and they provided a quote. The plumber was at my house by noon and installed the new faucet. He was competent and pleasant.

Fixed outside faucet.

Excellent customer service all the way from beginning to end. Two things I always look for a company are accessibility and professionalism. From the time I called their number Patsy was there to assist you and very pleasant to talk to. Then their plumber (Stan) was in and out of my property at no time. Fixed my outside faucet, left the site clean and presented me with a competitive cost. This is my first time to use their service.
