Vaillancourt plumbing provided a quote and performed the repairs in less than 2 days, techs were very polite and respectful. Cleaned up after they were complete. Extreamly professional and prices were fair.

The guys arrived on time and were professional and super friendly. The explained what they were doing and kept me informed throughout the process. When asked about other plumbing jobs I needed done, Trevor assured me that they could provide the service and would be happy to come back when I was ready. Great experience!

Shane arrived on time. New access to burst pipe behind drywall was cut, old pieces cut out and new valve and pipe soldered in. Shane was pleasant, in and out...no fuss. Will use Vaillancourt again.

I explained the issues I had with a leaky drain pipe and she accommodated my schedule which was a very specific date and time. Will most definitely call them again when I need a plumbing service. I am so impressed with this company. We had a plumber in already who charged us $400 and didnt fix anything and we had the city in and they said they couldnt find the access point so they left. Right from calling the office she was so kind and had so much information. They were booked solid but squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon of a long weekend. When the gentleman came in he was polite and very resourceful and got the job done. No mess. Thank you so much for all that you do to help out, much appreciated:)

Bathroom shower temperature control was not making hot or cold adjustment. Called Vaillancourt Plumbing. They sent out a plumber the next morning. He arrived on time, was very personable, professional. He went out of his way to find the replacement parts for a 20 + year old unit. Excellent work, I would call them again without hesitation.
