Sarte Heating & Cooling Ltd

I hired Sarté Heating to clean the duct system in my three-floor house. They sent two workers, and to my surprise, the entire job was done in just 45 minutes. This seemed unusually quick for such a large job.

The following day, a supervisor called and scheduled a follow-up for either Tuesday or Wednesday, giving me a four-hour time window. However, no one showed up. This happened two more timesappointments were made, but no one ever came.

Now, 10 months later, the job is still incomplete. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Sarté Heating to anyone. The lack of professionalism and follow-through is unacceptable.
