Central Flow

His every day business is called Central flow. And I bought one of his first home builds. Nothing but awful, I doubt he would even let his family live in this house. As a HVAC professional he didnt even do that right as he had to come several times to fix something (different every time).

He built this house and weve had nothing but problems. In the first couple months we had to completely redo the shingles and siding. Basement window was broken. He gave so many excuses not to get things done. Flooring is not level. Door frames arent even Straight. Finishing is god awful and we are consistently afraid of what problem we find next.

He finds his employees by offering jobs to those that live in the houses being serviced.

He would share his life story to get sympathy. We bought a house from you. You did not deliver. And ignored us after the one-year mark even though you said you were going to fix other problems that were addressed. Where are your morals?

We waited 4 months from purchasing the home for it to be complete. We changed possession date several times to accommodate him. He didnt have the money to complete the home or he chose not to make it a priority. Always an excuse followed with a story. When will the repairs and worry end?

We had Joe install an ac unit and furnace because we added an addition on. We had to wait till the addition was finished to get the heat ducts installed. The addition was complete and ready for the ducts in June of 2021. We called and was told next week this went on for 6 months he would say next week when he actually answered the phone and constantly telling us he or someone else in his home was sick. In December he would schedule days when he could come and never show up. He would avoid his phone till he had another excuse. He owed us money so we were trying to get him back to finish the job but then February 2022 came along and we had to call someone else to come and complete the job. We have a pellet stove in the addition but when the frigid cold came the floor was so cold we couldn’t wait. Do not contract this man to do anything for you he is lazy with a million and one excuses.

Similar to other stories? Joe installed out AC unit 4 years ago, it’s never worked properly since day one. We’ve had to call him numerous times (20 times at least), it’s always leaking, he always says he’s repaired it and then sure enough it happens again.

Sometimes he shows up, sometimes he doesn’t. We finally caved and called a professional to fix it.

Joe is getting off easy but he wore us down. We don’t have the paticence or the time to deal with him.
Avoid at all costs. It’s worth paying more to have things done correctly.

He installed an a c unit , couldn't get it working
Didn't want to return to fix or replace but finally complied after phone calls to AC provider
Even then he botched the job. It doesn't work as the freon leaks out constantly
Called him this spring and he refused to come and even look saying he has NO CLUE what could be wrong
He then promised twice after I pleaded with him to honour his warranty
He never showed on either date or would take any calls from me
This man is NOT trustworthy or seem to know what he's doing !
National Energy referred me to Peterson A C. He got it running For Now. Said he can't believe what a mess Joe made!
Cost us another 700.00 !!!!!
People like Joe should not be in business and the company he buys from NE should stand up and help their customers "victims" !
