Most of the work was completed properly. Painting was an excellent job.
Had problems with the new closest door, would not open after 6 months, Dave finally repaired it after 6 mos to find it doesn't work again 5 months later. Dave is not responding. He said he would send information re; the door manufacturer so we could work with them to fix it. We have never heard from him after 2 followup calls. I think it is time to move on as this is just frustrating trying to get him to support products he selected and installed.

In a business that is so hard to please all of your clients at the same time Dave did an amazing job. From the initial estimate which was very detailed and informative to the scheduling which was on time to the gutting of the basement and reinstallation of everything there work very very few negatives and many positives. Dave also set me up with his contacts to give me great deals on appliances speakers and everything else that they didn't directly deal with. If you want to pay a fair price and have an intelligent job done I would call Dave Johnson

We did two homes with Johnson Complete. Amazing carpentry. Did kitchen bath and floors in all rooms. Great discounts passed on by his suppliers. If you can get them. Use them. Everything was done amazing and on budget. No surprises.

Thanks to Dave and his amazing team we have a great modern kitchen and a fantastic washroom. We were very impressed with Dave, Mike and the rest of the team. They were professional and did all the work on time and on budget, kept us up to date on any issues and their progress. Thanks guys and will recommend to any of our friends!

Identical story to Mike T's review. Dave was hugely unprofessional, very condescending and always blamed someone else for his mistakes. Installed most appliances incorrectly, put switch plates on tiles that were not dry and they were crooked. Very messy and we had to repaint our front hall, clean carpets etc. Measurements way off. So much had to be done over again. Hugely disappointed.

My family and I highly recommend Dave and his team for any home renovation project you wish to pursue. Dave built us a beautiful new staircase with a built in power room and storage below. This project was not only on budget, but Dave was a lifesaver in ensuring all the small details were handled for us. We couldn't be happier with how the project turned out and the value it has added to our home. Dave is honest and percise and so respectful of our home, he is by far the best contractor we have ever worked with. We are already planning our next Reno project with Dave and his team and happy to say we are looking forward to it.

We choose Dave based on a chat I had withone of his former contracts. Dave says everything that went wrong was our fault. Tiles laid wrong, tiles fault,but he is only contractor to blame tiles all others we asked said it was installers fault. Did a sloppy job and a simple bathroom reno took 2 months (that was apparently our fault also). Issues with shower parts being defective or wrong. Again it was our fault per Dave even though we purchased them from "his guy". I would not recommend Dave work in your home. Overpriced and did not meet our expectations. His end result was the same as if Ihad done it, this time it cost me 3 times more

I was absolutely impressed with not only the professionalism but also the integrity of Johnson Complete. They delivered on time and on budget and were there to really make sure we got the house of our dreams. We were impressed with the quality of the work as well as all the detail that the company put in making sure nothing was overlooked. We would recommend Dave and his crew to anybody looking for an honest and knowledgeable contractor in the Greater Toronto Area.

couldn't ask for a better and more reliable contractor - the work was done to perfection; the employees were on time everyday. They went out of their way to assist us, when problems with the kitchen designing company occurred. We are looking to hire this contracting company again for our master bathroom renovations

Dave and his team were great! The end product was exactly what we were looking for. The initial discussions were very helpful with Dave helping us where we were not 10-% sure about the design.. The job started when promised and was completed without issues, for the agreed to price.

When we ran into some problems with the tub, Dave worked directly with the store we purchased the tub from and handled the required return and picked up the correct parts.

His crew was courteous, on time, very professional and knew thier stuff..no complaints!
