AGM Renovations

We received 3 quotes from 3 different contractors to completely renovate and build our dream basement within a short period of time. AGM was the most expensive. We ended up going with AGM because of how professional and detailed during the quotation process. You know good people when you find them. From the very beginning Lyndsey and Ayad were shockingly punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly, which goes a long way when you're trusting someone to reno. Every step was clearly communicated and each of the trades that came to our house were clean, courteous, and friendly. Our project was scheduled for an 8 week timeline but was completed in less than 6. Ayad is a master at doing precisely what he says he'll do, and that counts for a lot in today's world. Highly recommend AGM and we'll likely get them to complete our washrooms in future. You get what you pay for and we're thrilled to have selected AGM for this dream project. Thank you a million!!

I'm very happy with our new finished basement. The project started on time and was completed on time. Throughout the project, Lina our project manager was very responsive and addressed all of our concerns promptly and successfully. There was very little dust throughout other areas of our home and all the trades cleaned up and removed the garbage daily. I would use AGM again.

We choose AGM Renovations because of their services from the beginning to the end and also for their reputation. Our project manager Saba guided us through every step and answers all our questions as it went. Saba and her teams of workers showed professionalism and craftsmanship. Whenever we had a concern or issues coming along, everything was taking care of. They made the process less stressful because Saba was easy to reach for anything.
We started the main bathroom and added the master bathroom. We ended having our powder room for free. Every penny was worth it.

Eric, Kelly, Adam and his crew did a fantastic job on our basement. Finish the basement on time and on budget. The only hiccup was the glass door shower which our handyman, Randy, He didn't install properly. However, Adam got Claudio, another handyman and he got that rectified.
