We received 3 quotes from 3 different contractors to completely renovate and build our dream basement within a short period of time. AGM was the most expensive. We ended up going with AGM because of how professional and detailed during the quotation process. You know good people when you find them. From the very beginning Lyndsey and Ayad were shockingly punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly, which goes a long way when you're trusting someone to reno. Every step was clearly communicated and each of the trades that came to our house were clean, courteous, and friendly. Our project was scheduled for an 8 week timeline but was completed in less than 6. Ayad is a master at doing precisely what he says he'll do, and that counts for a lot in today's world. Highly recommend AGM and we'll likely get them to complete our washrooms in future. You get what you pay for and we're thrilled to have selected AGM for this dream project. Thank you a million!!
