We had water leaking from the ceiling directly under the bathtub. Called Waterworks, Michael came out the next morning. He explained up front the cost for diagnosing the problem and possible causes. We decided to go ahead and have him diagnose the leak (leak was from the tub drain), Michael retightened the drain, put silicone along the tub side panel to prevent water getting in and put silicone along the wall behind the toilet as he had spotted that there was a crack in the grout. Whilst he was here he also fixed a couple of other problems (tightened toilet seat, fixed the lavatry pop-up). Michael was very courteous, honest and we were very happy with the service we received from WaterWorks.
