Fine for small repairs, not big projects
We called in WaterWorks when we discovered we had a mysterious water leak and could not find the source. They visited on at least 3 occasions and tried various fixes trying to isolate the problem. We were happy with their work until that point. When we finally decided the only solution was to run new water lines we asked for a quote and a that point we became very dissatisfied. They tried to charge us for the quote (after spending $1,500 trying to solve the problem). Then they said it would take 3 men 3-5 days to do the work, we'd also need to rent a Porta Potty and a water tank and it would cost over $10,000. We ended up paying another company $2,000 and it took 1 man 2 days to do the work. This has undermined our confidence in WaterWorks and we would not use them again.

HI Kate,
thank you for sharing your review, however this review contains many inaccuracies. As you told me on our phone call this was not written by you and by your partner.I always enjoy reading truthful reviews and would have expected a more truthful accounting of events. Firstly, I myself did the estimate at NO CHARGE. Secondly with my follow up call to you you told me that your plumber cut open your walls and ceilings to run the pipework in the cheaper Pex plastic tubing. As a petro chemical engineer I would of thought you would have expected a better job from your plumber. This is a shortcut that Will add a large cost of several thousands of dollars to plaster/drywall and paint your home, Never mind all the dust, debris and inconvenience. Btw ,your contractor only has 6 years experience as stated by the BBB(Business started in 2007) ,Not the 15 he claims. My proposal at around $8000+hst (minus your initial costs of $1500, was to hide all of the COPPER piping in your heated attic.and cause little or no damage to your home. As the old saying goes "Cheap work ain't good and Good work ain't Cheap." Enough said, wishing you all the very best.
