Plumbing repair - Shut off valve
This is my second experience with Waterworks Plumbing, as well as my second review of their services (12Oct'09). I'd like to thank everyone for assisting me with a broken shut-off valve which needed replacing last week. With spring now in full swing, I'd turned the water back on for the outside garden hose. Unfortunately, the shut off valve in our basement was the original, and finally wore out causing water to leak from it quite rapidly. This occurred around 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon, so I wondered how much luck I'd have getting the problem fixed right away. Fortunately, I was able to speak with Lauren at Waterworks and explained to her my predicament. I'm sure they receive these calls often, because Lauren assured me that someone would arrive at our home quickly to address the problem. Well, it didn't take long for George (plumber) to respond, and with the replacement parts already with him, he installed a new shut-off valve in no time. Great job George, and thanks again to Waterworks Plumbing.
