Waterworks Plumbing & Drains

First off, I have been very fortunate in finding excellent trades on HomeStars, and finding Waterworks was another great experience. Right from the start, I knew this company was organized and professional, so much so, that I've used them a couple of times already.

Natasha set up the appointments. Michael showed up on time, and on the first call was set to check every water source in our rentals to determine the cause of a leak, after receiving an enormous water bill. He suggested different methods, but I decided on installing a pressure assist toilet. More expense, but in the long run, I won't have to worry about any issues with running water in the toilet.

My second call to Waterworks went just as smoothly. We had a leak in one of our commercial space toilets and Michael discovered that the previous contractor had the water lines reversed, so hot water was running into the toilet. He repaired the water line in under an hour and fixed the toilet fill control valve that was damaged due to the hot water. Michael is honest, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Natasha even called afterwards to make sure all went well. Thanks to Homestars, I have my go-to plumber now too!
