Although my problem was not fixed, the company does uphold their reputation "You're Happy Or You Don't Pay." That very motto earned them my review of a 10. If your unhappy/unsatisfied they will refund your money.

I would also Like to express my thanks to Michael Yuffa, who reads the comments of his customers seriously and tries his best to solve any issues that arise.

Before I wrote this report I did call the company regarding this issue, where they did nothing about it and charged $200 for just coming in the house and touring the home.

I called this company, to repair a faucet and washer leak. When the plumber came, we first started with the washer I told him it was leaking, he looked at the pipes and said it came from the washer not the pipes this took (10 minutes) which should have been included with the 49.50 assessment. Then I asked him to repair a faucet leak he said that he did not have the tools on hand. The reason I choose this company is because they pride themselves stating they have the highest quality PARTS.

At the end he did not charge me for the faucet repair because he didn't do anything, instead in his report he stated "leak search," which was the reason I called them in the first place!

I am not upset because I wasted $200 but upset that the job is not done and the faucet is still leaking as well as the washer.

If I have anything to say it would be this company is useless, your better off doing the job yourself and saving yourself money.

A message for Water Works plumbing:
I am a very unsatisfied customer and if you guys are serious about your motto "You're Happy Or You Don't Pay." then i do believe you have a responsibility to uphold your reputation and call me back explaining why I paid when nothing was fixed.
