I called several different companies for this repair. Even though it was a fairly small job, it was very important to me. One company returned my call two weeks late, and never showed up to give me an estimate. One company gave me an estimate, but never responded to my follow-up questions. Another company gave me a big sell on what needed to be done. Luc, on the other hand, responded quickly and gave me an honest and detailed estimate. He was very patient in answering my follow-up questions, and always answered promptly. I also like that he is comfortable with email, since that is my preferred mode of communication.
The job was done in a timely manner and at a competitive price. Luc even took “before” and “after” pictures, so I could see exactly what had been done. I am very happy with the service I received from Luc, and he will be the first one I call when I need to replace my roof in a few years’ time. Highly recommended.
