Crate & Barrel

It took me long time to find good bed sets for my 9 years old daughter. I bought white bed sets in Crate & Barrel at last, it is really good quality. My daughter loves them very much.

Delivery was impeccable and on time. Furniture was amazing and at an amazing price! The staff is so kind and helpful and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for according to our budget and preferences. Will definitely shop here again! Thanks for everything!!

Purchased two love seats from Crate & Barrel in Mississauga Square one. Awesome customer service, great help with assistance with colours. We love that we could customize the love sofas to many different choices. Loved the products are made in USA.

Every time we've been to Crate and Barrel, we've always been impressed with the exceptional customer service - whether it's the salesperson or cashier or stock person. They go out of their way to ensure a convenient and satisfying experience. Many other companies that offer similar products (that are considered more "high end") can take a few lessons! They have made us loyal customers.

Order our Hallway furniture and the customer service was amazing. Delivered on time and answered all our questions, we had a small issues with one of the pieces, so we called in and without an arguement they came back picked up the old piece and gave us a brand new one.

The delivery was fantastic, they were on time, removed their shoes can they were very careful.
they even recommended taking the wheels off to maintain our floors! Thank you for all your additional efforts - most comfortable couch ever!!

The buffet and hutch were for my apartment kitchen as opposed to the dining area, as I needed space there. The pieces were almost solid wood, well made and very well designed.

I have one quibble with them on delivery policy. The salesperson explained that delivery did not include "assembly." By that, I took it to mean that I had to screw the glass doors on the hutch myself. In fact the pieces were delivered FULLY assembled, but the delivery people said they were not allowed to unbox them or set them up. Doing this and disposing of the packaging took almost two hours. The pieces were quite heavy but we got them out eventually without damage. The language used by the salesperson was incorrect - he should have stated that delivery did not include "setup." Also this policy is very limiting for the retailer, as an elderly person or even a smaller person living alone would not be able to deal with it for larger furniture items. If they do not figure set-up in their delivery price, they should offer it optionally at additional cost and thus inform the customer.

Beautiful store, excellent selection of merchandise, very helpful staff. Purchased a bench and was told it was on back order and would take a couple of weeks. The next day, I received a call and was told that it had arrived and was ready for pickup. Staff were friendly, helpful, and upfront. Bench was perfect. Would definitely return to shop!

Wide selection of beautiful furniture and home accessories. Sales reps are still learning the computer systems, so be prepared for some delays at the checkout or order desk. Customer service is outstanding - pleasant, not overbearing, and aim to please.

I purchased a bar cabinet, a desk, a chair and a picture frame. They called me the day after everything was delivered for some feedback. I mentioned that the delivery guys were about an hour late due to traffic but were great otherwise. The next day, they called to advise that they were refunding the delivery fee, without me even asking for it. That shows how serious they are about satisfying their customers. Fantastic. After my experiences at other furniture stores in Toronto, this was a refreshing change. I will certainly be shopping at Crate & Barrel again.
