My chimney top was damaged. Called 3 contractors who gave me different stories with some high prices. My sister gave me phone number for sam the handyman. The job took under 30 minutes. Sent me pics of how work proceeded. Very impressed with how efficient and honest. My sister will get an extra Christmas gift this year. Thanks Sam

I am 100% satisified with the service provided by Sam! From my inital phone call to the completion of the job Sam and his team were very professional. I had a skylight installed and so did my neighbour. Sam provided a free estimate- which was much cheaper than the other 2 quotes I had recieved. He was friendly and curtious through the whole experience. He took the time to explain the service and the product. He arrived on time for the job and was very efficent in completing it. I am very happy with the end result and would highly recommend Sam to anyone interested in having a job such as this completed. The level of service I recieved is rear these days!! Two weeks ago I contacted Sam in regards to a leak entering my house from the roof. He not only answered my call in person but responded quickly by arranging a time to come and see my house within a couple days. He arrived when he said he would, was friendly, efficient and did not try to use contractor jargon to drive up the price. He talked me through what the problem seemed to be (which was a leak entering the attic from the chimney) and provided me with a couple different options along with giving me with a free quotation with 24 hours through email. Sam was the third contractor I had called regarding this problem and after comparing him to the other contractors I decided to go with Sam. On the day of the job he arrived at the time we discussed and setup quickly. We had decided, upon Sam's advice, to fully remove the chimney and block it. He was finished in 2 hours and provided me with before and after pictures which reassured me that the job had been done in full. Sam and his workers were polite, explained to me what they were going to do and how long it would take prior to starting and tidied up my yard before they left. I will definitely use Sam again for any other outside jobs I need done.

My choice was a patch or $4500 - Sam told me $400 would get me through the next 5 years. With all the rain we've not seen a drop inside. Very helpful and personable - at no time did he try to upsell me. Strongly recommend him for repair jobs and will use him again!

Sam is a honest professional.He did the job on Sat, July 13th. I appreciate his input. Instead of buying new chimney caps. He suggested I remove the rust and paint them instead of buying new. I did that exactly and I was satisfied with the results. Saving me $150+. His crew removed the bad bricks and installed new layer of bricks and cemented cap as per code. He replaced broken flues. He went beyond and caulked the roof along the chminey which was leaking. I would recommend him anyday.

Sam is incredibly honest and does great work for a reasonable price. I have already referred him to family and friends and plan on using his services if anything else comes up.
