The trust was bestowed as our neighbor vouched that the company has been around for a decade. The cost is reasonable and they seem to know what they are doing. Overall, we are satisfied with the work they did.

Only minor improvement they need is the communication amongst themselves, so that everyone (the site manager, the people doing the job, and us) is clear on the expectation and outcome. For example, the site manager and we had an understanding that the site will be cleaned for both of our neighbors, but one was not cleaned so the neighbor was unhappy. In the end, all worked out, but it could have been avoided.

This is type of contractor that all should aspire to be. Honest, transparent and cost considerate. Bill and Team came in and cleaned up the mess of the previous contractor. Very much recommend Turnbull.

It is hard to find top notch masonry contractors but Turnbull lives up to its reputation: attentive, pro-active problem solvers, prompt, fair, and clearly expert. It was evident from the outset and at every step that they care and know what they are doing.

Really glad I went with Turnbull Masonry. We had a bunch of bricks on the north side of the house that were literally turning to dust. Turnbull did fantastic work replacing and repointing bricks for a reasonable price. The new bricks look great (they used a specific colour brick that nicely matched our existing brick), the guys who did the work were really nice, and they left the place as clean as they found it. I will go with Turnbull for any masonry work I have in the future. Highly recommend.

Clarke responded promptly and gave a reasonable estimate. The team came on the next sunny day and got the work done. Very polite and courteous and no complaints (or mess).

Fair in price --- I did my due diligence and got 3 quotes. Turnbull was in line with the average quote. However, the communication and walk through on site were stronger.

Chimney looks like new after the teardown and rebuild by Turnbull Masonry. They got back to me promptly with a quote, patiently answered my questions and arranged to do the work quickly. They matched the original bricks perfectly and the work crew was very friendly and got the job done quicly and efficiently. They also did a great job of cleaning up the work site. Would use their services again and would recommend them.

Clarke was a total pro as were his workers. Quick turnaround and even came back to do some touch-ups when I noticed a few things that weren't quite done.

Bill responded quickly to my online estimate request, checked out the ailing brick on the front and side of our house in person. He was informative and thorough in his review and very clear about what damage had been done and the process to fix it. His crew were efficient and did an exceptional job repairing the many cracks and gaps in our brick. The mortar was matched closely, the work seamless and complete, and the clean up excellent. Our 120-year-old house is stronger and more beautiful because of Turnbull Masonry's fine work.
