I had been looking for the perfect kitchen/dinning room chairs for quite some time and had no luck I was referred to Boss Leather by a colleague from work, so I went in to see what they had.

I dealt with Robert. He was very personable and professional. I explained what I was looking for and Robert had the capability to bring my vision to life. Not only has the customer service exceeded all of my expectations, but the quality and craftsmanship in the finished product is impeccable.

The chairs look absolutely amazing and completely upgraded the look of my entire kitchen. I will definitely be going back to them for my future needs, and highly recommend you visit them yourself. You will not be disappointed.

We just got our sectional called Canadiana and we absolutely love it. It is very well executed and it looks fantastic. When we walked into the store we were greeted by Paul and Rob with a smile and got full attention on all our questions. No pressure to buy. They made sure first that we know the different styles and comfort levels they carry. We were assured that they build quality furniture and they delivered. We had some concerns about the zippers that may show at the back and Rob immediately had a solution to have them covered at no charge. Everything we addressed was resolved with a Yes, we will make sure it is done the way you want it. And they did. Also, the delivery guys were very nice and courteous. This is the second sectional that I have purchased from Boss Leather. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the product, with the service that I received and the recommendations that they made. The sectional was delivered within the time frame that they had promised. Definitely will shop there again!

Overall I was very pleased with both the service and the final product that Boss Leather provided. From start to finish they were polite, thorough and very knowledgeable about their craft. All deadlines were met and the couch and ottoman they created for me were exactly what I wanted. They paid special attention to all details and their workmanship was beyond question. Finally, if you live in a condo, they will be able to meet your needs. They built a 4 seater couch for me that they specially built to fit in an elevator and my apartment. Thanks!

My customer service experience at Boss leather was truly exceptional. I purchased a sectional, club chairs, ottoman and cube seats. I got really well made products that are not just custom but pricing that beats competitors (and I shopped!) - hardwood frame, genuine leather, true spring support and choice of foam and fills that the big box stores don't give you. Ralph, his son Robert and daughter certainly know their craft, helping me make design choices that fit our space and would suit the function - 'you might consider staying away from piping for the rec room' 'definitely go with double stitching' 'think about this arm it's better to prop a pillow on' 'sure we can alter the cushion to suit.' When it came time to choose colours Ralph and his daughter both offered designer suggestions that blend in beautifully. Delivery was not just on time but flexible and in 4 weeks! Exceptional customer service, a really well made product and $value. I'll be back. highly recommend!

My fiancé and I purchased a custom made love seat from Boss Leather for our home and could not be happier. Ralph was helpful in the design process and followed up with us right up to delivery. Danielle helped me find the perfect bed for my side sleeping and for cheaper then my budget. As a young college student my experience was great, saved money and wasn't over looked because of my age.
