Boss Leather

I recently was looking for a recliner chair and looked around at a few different stores and I must say I was blown away by the quality and service offered by Ralph and his team. They are very knowledgable and the service was spectacluar. I found that some of the bigger stores were hard to find great service and even someone to talk to as you had to walk around trying to find someone to help you. I did not have that problem at all with Ralph, right away he introduced himself and welcomed me into his store and was a great help on helping me find the perfect recliner. I would definitely recommend Ralph and Boss Leather to my family and friends! Great Experience!

After losing two leather sofas in last summer's flood, I searched until I found Boss Leather. My couches, delivered today, are gorgeous, beautifully tailored, and show incredible workmanship. The staff at Boss - from Danielle in the showroom to Mike and Andy (I believe) in delivery - are friendly, personable, professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again from Boss. I know I have two pieces of furniture that will give me comfort and last for years.

We went to Boss Leather after a few unproductive and uncomfortable trips to other furniture stores. Paul could not have been more helpful. He thoroughly explained the differences in leather and building materials and explained what pieces would best suit our home, pets and family. The wait time for the custom pieces that we ordered was exactly what Paul had said that it would be. The delivery arrived on the date specified, and was actually a touch earlier than estimated, but the the young man that was delivering called ahead to let me know.
The two young men that delivered the pieces could not have been more pleasant or professional. They insisted on removing their shoes, even though I told them it was not necessary. They placed the pieces where they belonged and removed every scrap of wrapping. They finished quickly, but did not seem to be rushed, asking me to carefully look over each piece to make sure I was satisfied, and made sure any questions I might have were answered. The pieces that we ordered are absolutely beautiful. We have been thoroughly impressed with Boss Leather from start to finish and would not hesitate to shop there again. We have already recommended them to family and friends.

Highly recommended. Purchased in March 2013 but finally remembered to review. Ralph was excellent. We had our sofa custom made - changed a 3 cushion sofa to 2 cushion, custom stuffed the recliner for extra support, custom stitching on ottoman. All included in price. Had done quite a bit of searching for leather and so happy to have discovered Boss as quality is excellent. Delivered to Cambridge. Delivery guys were super friendly!

We looked @ many different furniture stores to purchase a sofa and chair, and found Boss Leather had superior quality. We live on the Pickering border and Boss delivered our furniture @ no additional cost. I would definitely recommend this store.

I've been searching for a quality sofa for a number of months. I looked at numerous upper end, "signature" stores throughout the GTA. A friend and an accompanying flyer, led me to Boss Leather in Bolton. The distance was a drawback BUT the service , attention and quality craftsmanship made up for the drive in reams. Ralph Ricciardi (owner) established this 30 year plus business with his dad. His genuine and authentic character, matched the pride he takes in every content customer and piece of furniture he builds, customizes and delivers. There are a lot of furniture dealers out there and the ultimate decision can be very confusing. I ultimately chose to purchase a Boss sofa because of the firm foundation in which this business was built. My sofa has class, character, quality and integrity. I highly recommend Boss leather.

I purchased my Bella sectional from Boss Leather and I was very satisfied with the product. Exceptional quality and customer service. I had my product delivered on time and was extremely content with the way the sectional was packaged. The delivery men were very prompt and generous, as they went as far as removing our old sofa's.Highly recommended! 10 stars!

Purchased two Eastwood sofa's from Boss leather. Very pleased with the service, Danielle was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Best craftsmanship I've seen, my wife and I love our new sofa's, we couldn't be happier. We will definitely be purchasing two more sofa's for our basement in the spring time. BUY BOSS!!

Paid for 15-Nassau quality thick leather, got mismatched cushion, seating getting very creased, leg rest hard causing ankle pain: no response from Ralph/Boss Leather to several emails and calls. No sample of leather was sent on delivery per request. Are those good reviews real? TAKE A LOOK AT BOSS LEATHER'S RESPONSE: NO INTEREST IS SHOWN IN REPAIRING UNEVEN CUSHIONS, HARD/HURTFUL LEG CUSHION, NOR RESPOND TO BADLY CREASING LEATHER AFTER A FEW MONTHS OF USAGE!! NOTE THE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHAT IS UNREASONABLE ABOUT OUR REQUEST?
