Hi Paul, our thanks to you for sharing your experience. Our licensed plumbers always suggest other upgrades that could be done at the same time we do the work in Toronto. Moreover, such small things like upgrading of two inlet and outlet tailpipes for your water meter that can be obtained from city at no charge for you, play significant role in improving water pressure in your house. If main water service is upgraded to 3/4" , there is a very smart thing to upgrade either water meter or tailpipes to make sure that nothing cut pressure.
