We worked with Steven with the design and development of our Semi-Detached project- His assistance with the design process did not skip a single detail- his architectural knowledge and creativity helped us achieve exactly what we had envisioned. Steve was thoughtful and concise through the process of re-designing a house that we had bought with plans. The previous owner had gone to the Ontario Municipal Board and got approval for a 3 storey home that we wanted to change completely. Steve quickly incorporated all the zoning & building code stipulations and came up with a plan we are very happy with, and very few corrections once reviewed by the city. We quickly got our building permits thanks to Steve's perseverance and follow up with the building department. We start construction in the fall!

Lindy Architect provided excellent architectural plans and supervision of the project. Steve shepherded the project successfully through Committee of Adjustment and acquisition of permits. He was creative in addressing some challenging issues and has provided continued input throughout. Steve was easy to contact and communicate with, calm and very organized.

I hired steven at Lindy Architect to design a renovation of our house in Moore Park in toronto. Needless to say we obtained our approvals, and Steven stayed involved every step of the way. The design consisted of open concept living room dining room and kitchen space with no beams or walls on the ground floor, underpinning the basement and a complete reno on the second floor. The house was stripped down to the studs. Steven helped us navigate the approvals with the city and was very helpful and knowledgeable during the construction process as well.
