I was booked for a dishwasher installation at 11:00. A technician didn't show up until 4:00. A very simple installation was quoted at $1100, and a shutoff valve at $700. Ridiculous. The technician informed me that the end of his work day was 4:30 so he would have to come back the next day, despite being 4 hours late. I will never do business with this company in the future. I ended up doing the work myself.

I changed my pressure tank then pressure switch and all my piping but still was loosing pressure. Tank would never stop. I called Mr.Rooter to come and check it out. Great customer service from the first phone call to easy payment options I knew this would go great. When Shane arrived at my home on time actually a little earlier he was very friendly and courteous. He listen to my story of what I had done already and we talked it out. He told me that he did not have experience with this trickle system and he took pictures and videos to send to his office and
Greg from the office called him right away and discovered through the video that I was missing a check valve in my set up. I installed a check valve and everything is working perfectly. I was so impressed in the way that the employees communicate with each other to resolve issues. Great job by all especially Shane for being awesome!!! Very happy customer here!

Shane just came by to provide an estimate. He did not pressure us, but explained our options and answered all our questions. I have found Mr Rooter's office staff and technicians to be professional and responsive, and certainly recommend the service they provide.

We also required an emergency septic system pump out earlier this year, and they were fast and very thorough. So we will be using Mr Rooter for our future plumbing needs.

Blockage in kitchen drain was approximately 20 feet into drainage pipe. Drain was successfully unblocked and usage was completely restored. I have used Mr. Rooter services previously and have also recommended them to friends. This time the same polite and efficient service was competed by Riley. Should I need a plumber again Mr. Rooter will be my only choice.

Laundry drain as clogged. Called Mr Rooter as I had previous work done by them. They sent Carl, and he was great. Right away knew what the issue was, was clear, helpful, dependable and friendly. You can tell hes experienced and it showed. Water is no longer clogged. Happy customer

The technician Carl was very professional, polite and explained in the details the work that was done. We are very satisfied with his work.

I had a leaking toilet. The technician told me that he will need to do a minor repair to stop the leaking. He mentioned 2 places he needed to seal in the toilet. The work was done and leaking was stopped. I am satisfied with the service. However, I am wondering about the price. The entire work took 1 hr and there was no price for parts in his invoice. He charged me $800 before tax. Assume the parts if there are any, are less than $100. Then basically his hourly rate is $700. Is that a fair market price? I understand the inflation is high over the past few years. But I still feel the price is too high. Tell me I am wrong.
