Drain Medic Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

It was a long weekend and we had plenty of family over, which resulted in a high volume of bathroom use.

"Then it happened" our entire home bathrooms, kitchen and laundry backed up with sewage. We called 4 local area plumbers and nobody but Drain Medic Plumbing answered our call. The man's name was "Richard" and after explaining our situation, he said he would come immediately". My husband and I were so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. It was also late on a Sunday evening @ 10 pm. Richard explained that the cause was most likely the higher than usual volume of use and that with our old house ( built in 1909 ) with original old plumbing and the possibility of roots present he assured us of success"

Richard pulled out a huge pile of sewer roots and debris.

I was having pressure problems and my pressure tank went he replaced it but the pressure valve he replaced was defective. He wanted to replace might well pump at a cost of $2000 but I called the people who dug my well. They investigated properly and found that the pressure switch he had installed was defective. I contacted him to let him know and he said he would refund my money that was six months ago. He won't return my phone calls and he has not refunded me, as he had promised. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I called them and spoke to someone right away. I explained my situation (foul smell in the house, toilet not flushing...), letting them know that I also have a 6-month old, and they came within 2 hours of my phone call, smack in the middle of a snowstorm. Rick was pleasant, honest, thorough and very helpful, and told me what the problem was after 5 minutes. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a competent plumber. He even was thoughtful enough to call and let me know he'll be about 30 minutes late.

Hey, just a shout out to let you know that Rick Mousseau is a great plumber. He is a great guy who really takes pride in his work- which is so much more than most out there these days! He won't leave until he is satisfied that the job is done properly, and won't gouge you on pricing. In fact, he has done work on two of my properties in the last couple of months, and I would highly recommend him to anyone, and will definitely use him again in the future.
