Pietro arrived at our home within the window that was advised a day prior. We immediately advised that we were not looking to replace the whole roof (unless the inspection said we did) and looking to do some maintenance work to extend the life of the roof.

He got to work quickly on inspecting our roof. When he came down, we wre fully expecting Pietro to hint that we needed a new roof.....but we were very surprised. Pietro did not even attempt to take us for a ride and said the roof was in good shape. There was an area that needed some repairs. Pietro also provided us with shingle dynamics and advised how they wear over time as well as the benefits of additional venting (which he did not try push us to do but clearly stated the facts). We have not yet received the quote for the repair, but based on our interaction with Pietro feel he is a very trustworthy and knowledgeable individual.

They provided a detailed report and a competitive estimate for repairs. Many roofing companies will not contact you back during busy season or because the roof is flat (high). Actually, they not only solved the leak with my flat roof but after years and years of patching ( my house is an old Victorian) they essentially rebuilt the whole roof-new plywood-new trusses etc-thanks so much. We suspected roof leak/condensation issues with our "new" 2-year old roof, and were not satisfied with the solutions suggested by the roofer. We have dealt with MrRR before on previous roof leakage and were impressed with the technician. Requested him to do full attic/roof inspection and discovered numerous problems that we now know need to be fixed!
And knowing is half the battle...

Had them come and dona roof patch and set up for a repair. After some initial confusion (due to the company emailing an incorrect email address) I had some workers put a patch on my roof that solved the leak.

The plan was then to get a permanent reshingle and repair of the roof. The quote I was given was incorrect (off by about $2600 or about 45%.

I was contacted about this error, and told that an attempt would be made to remedy the mistake. So far nothing has been done, and I have a patch on my roof. I am currently waiting for another company to come and complete the work.

Would not recommend.

They took us outside to explain the problems and to make sure we understood our options. Within a few days, they emailed a report with images explaining the issues in detail. No one has ever provided an estimate with photos before. We were very impressed and look forward to the same professionalism when the job is completed.

Adam from Mr. Roof Repair showed up on time for the roof assessment and was very friendly as we discussed the scope of the work. There was some downspout work that I wanted done in addition to a roof inspection. During the inspection, garbage left on the roof by another roofing contractor was cleared up for me. A detailed roof assessment report with photos highlighting problem areas was provided to me within a week along with a quote for the roof work. Service is quite professional.

Mr. Roof Repair came to a thorough assessment of my roof and garage - they were prompt and the report was delivered about five business days later. The assessment was very detailed and the quote provided for repairs was reasonable. Adam, the repair specialist, took the time to talk me through some of the issues and answer my questions - look forward to booking the repairs.
