The company had done work in our neighbourhood so when we discovered a leak we contacted them to do the repairs. My contact person was Kathleen,who was professional and polite. Temporary repairs were carried out followed by a complete repair just a few weeks later. The company was efficient; they followed up on all their work and their crew was professional and tidy.

Came outside one morning after a wicked wind storm to find shingles on my driveway. Mr. Roof Repair was recommended by a friend, so I called them. I was pleasantly surprised to find with a few minor fixes my roof was in relatively good health. Mr. Roof Repair fixed the limited damage from the current storm and provided a comprehensive report on the overall health of my roof.
Not only were they professional, they gave me peace of mind. I would recommended Mr. Roof Repair as a trustworthy resource to anyone in need!

Samantha at Mr. Roof Repair was superb in her customer service. She informed me step by step via email and phone calls of the work that was to be done and followed up with the complete details via a phone call and a subsequent email, detailing the work that had been undertaken. Pietro the seasoned veteran performed the job and was thorough and professional in all aspects of his workmanship. Mr. Roof Repair is a first class outfit at a very reasonable cost. Two years in a row we have had issues with animals accessing our attic and this time around they had damaged the bathroom exhaust fan. We contacted Mr. Roofer on the weekend and received a call from Jason a few days later. Jason was really helpful and scheduled an assessment of the attic as soon as possible. Upon assessment they had determined that an animal was coming in through the bathroom vent. Once the quote was received we decided to go ahead with the repair. Joe did an awesome job keeping us in the loop in terms of scheduling time for the repair. Overall great service.

We have found Mr. Roof repair to be exceptionally professional and helpful to deal with. We first used their services for a minor roof repair, and enjoyed their service enough to book them for a partial roof and shingle replacement. They provided us with a detailed quote and full description of the job they would do and have been exceptionally friendly and easy to deal with.

Company quickly returned my call, made an appointment and came within the 2 hour window. I had a leak on the 2nd floor ceiling caused by an ice dam on the roof. They removed the ice dam and gave me a report of my options for a permanent solution to the ice damming. Have not yet decided which option to take as they are pretty expensive, but what I can say is that these people are real professionals and do care about you as a customer. In fact, the roof specialist was talking to me on the phone (since I was not home) to let me know what he was doing. They even called me after a few days to let ask me if everything was ok and if I was satisfied. Great guys, real pros and great customer service.

Last November got a roof leak during the night, left a message with Mr. Roofer. Got a call back from Jason next morning and someone came over 3 days later did a temporary fix and assessed the whole roof. Jason sent me a detailed report with photos and recommendation for permanent with quote.
Called Mr. Roofer back last week to have them go ahead with their recommendation. Joe scheduled someone this Monday.

In early March we had ice dams and one day I awoke to a mini flood in my kitchen.
I left a message for Mr Roof Repair and my call was returned promptly. They had a crew out here the next day. The guys were quick to remove the ice and assess the problem. A temporary repair was offered until the weather allowed for a more permanent solution to be put in place. All my questions were answered and a report was supplied with detailed photos, as promised.
The permanent repair would be a sectional repair. Removal of the shingles and replaced with laminated shingles. At present we had no protection, just wood and two layers of shingles. They offered new roof deck boards, 3 layers of underlayment/protection, drip edge, vents and the shingles.
As that job was underway they could see what would be needed for my attic from a view from the roof. At the time it was a big extra but we didn't mind, given the age of the home. The work crew were very patient as we made some decisions on the spot. I was always on the phone with Joe who answered questions. Not once did I feel pressure from Joe and the workers. They were honest and transparent.
Given the level of professionalism upon our first meeting of the ice dam removal my husband and I are confident to have Mr. Roof Repair come back to address our attic and do the rest of our roof, soffit and gutters.

Jason and Pietro were very responsive, gave a detailed report, and took their time to explain the problem identified. I would definitely use their services again, and will if my current roofer doesn't provide adequate follow-up service.
