We needed our roof fixed ASAP as we had racoons living in our attic and the rain was causing a lot of damage. Adam was great- friendly, professional and reliable. We were happy with the end result and would recommend them to anyone!

We had a leak in our roof as a result of the ice storm in December but didn't discover it until the first warm day as water streamed into our kitchen. Mr Roof had someone out to do the repair within 24 hours and also gave us a report on the status of our roof. Awesome service and response time.

This is our second use of Mr. Roof Repair and we will certainly reconnect with the service as needed in the future. Our first repair (last year) was due to a faulty vent install (previous home owner) that had left the roof slightly exposed to the environment. Mr. Roof Repair was in quickly and not only fixed the problem quickly and cost effectively. They also provided photo documentation of the work they had done each step along the way, which really helped increase the confidence in their work.

After this winter we noticed a leak in the kitchen and it turned out our side-split had taken some damage due to the ice storm (an ice jam). It was a surprising mess up there, but the Mr. Roof Repair team seemed to resolve it for us.

They stuck to the quote, but there was some confusion regarding an original comment made on-site by the repair guy. This is where we saw how dedicated to customer service the Mr. Roof Repair team is, as the owner did an amazing job of following up with me (even though I dropped the ball a few times on calling back) and making sure everything was resolved to my liking. They were really reasonable and I'm more then happy with how things turned out.

I will have no hesitation contacting them again and will strongly consider some maintenance programs they are putting together. These guys are really legit and worth your trust.

When I noticed a leak in one of my bedrooms, I tried contacting a few roofing companies, many of which were listed in HomeStars. Unfortunately, some of these companies (even some with higher ratings) were hard to get a hold of, did not return my call, or weren't really interested in smaller repair work. When I finally found Mr.Roof Repair, I was relieved that they made everything so easy for me, from the initial site assessment to the permanent repairs. All staff were very professional and easy to deal with, from Samantha over the phone, to Pietro and his partner who did the work, to Joe who followed up with me after the work was completed. These guys care about their customers and handle their business with integrity. I really appreciated Pietro's honesty, expertise, and thourough assessment of my leaking roof. He was always willing to answer all my questions. I also really appreciated that the quoted price is the price - period. No unexpected additional costs.
As for the quality of work, it's only been a week with no snow/rain, but for what it's worth, I have no doubt that the source of the leak has been repaired.

After discoverying the source of a leak into my kitchen I contacted 7 different companies that I had tracked down through the internet.
Two never called back - one told me, over the phone, that they only did full roof replacements and not repairs.
Of the others only Joe from Mr. Roof Repair listened to my issues (budget, etc) and offered options. He did an immediate temporary repair and was back within 3 weeks to install a permanent solution.
I am very happy with the work that was done - have already recommended them to family, friends and neighbours and will have them back to do the rest of the roof later this year

I contacted Mr. Roof repair after experiencing damage to my eves trough and downspouts during the December ice storm. After failing repeatedly to receive quotation from roofing contractors, Mr. Roof Repair answered my first call and immediately began to sort out my situation. They conducted a full examination of my entire home's roofing system and provided fair quotation along with a summary document describing the few minor issues with my roofing structure including photos (which is great because going up 2 stories on a ladder in the snow is not one of my strong suits). During this time I developed a working relationship with Joe the manager and needless to say his customer service was impeccable. He was sure to explain everything to me, the work was conducted quickly and professionally and Joe even went the extra mile to provide me with a letter describing the damage caused by on ongoing external issue with my neighbor so that I could use it at Toronto City Council.

Our flat roof in our 3 year old house started leaking mid winter. I contacted Mr Roof Repair on a Saturday. Someone replied right away and on Tuesday I was contacted by Samantha who seemed to have a good idea of what was likley happening and she had a crew at our house the next day during a time that actually worked for me. She was very professional in walking me through how the estimate worked, what work would be done and the report that I could expect to receive at the end. She also followed up a few weeks later to make sure we were not experiencing any further problems. The team that was sent to our house was also professional and courteous. Thanks!

1 year after a brand new roof and water was getting into my home again. Rather than call the incompetent roofing company that installed the roof, I called Mr. Roof repair. They did what needed to be done to keep the water out of my house but I had them come back to complete the repair and re-shingle several areas of my roof properly. The level of service was absolutely incredible, and the repair expert kept me informed about the process the entire time. It was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders to finally have a winter where water didn't intrude into my living space.
