Mr. Roof Repair did three jobs for me. The first was a temporary fix on my porch roof, the second was a full replacement, and the third was a vent install in the roof for the dryer which I relocated to the second floor of my house. Joe was the guy assigned to my account, and I found him to be personable, professional, courteous, and very responsive. Even followed up a few months after the job was complete to make sure I was happy with everything.

We had a leaking roof. I checked various companies but most would only come to replace the entire roof at a high cost. Joe and his staff at Mr Roof Repair inspected the roof and indicated that specific repairs were required, and not a complete roof replacement. During the process, Joe and the office kept in constant contact with me. The repair was completely in a timely and cost effective manner with excellent service. Joe even called me after the winter ice storm to make certain we were not having problems. Thank you for the excellent service.

They came quickly and made the repair to out leaky skylight. He was quick and professional. After attempting to fix our eaves which was falling off on one side from our 3 story house he deemed it wasn't safe. We are very close to our neighbours and the ladder had to be basically vertical. Knowing it was a 2 man job they came back while we were out of town and made that repair at no extra fee. I will definitely be using Mr. Roof Repair again!!!

Not only does it look absolutely beautiful, but I feel relieved to know that it's sound, well insulated, properly vented, and now meets the shingle waranty requirements. In the fall, I had felt very concerned that the roof wouldn't make it through the winter, and I am extremely happy that I found you to take care of it. Now, I have a new problem: You insulated my roof so well that I might no longer need the extra-warm comforters that I had purchased earlier in the winter to stay cosy at night!

Just a bit of background re my roof: It had been shingled in the summer by a contractor who disappeared without completing the work. I discovered the problem at about 10 p.m. By 8 a.m. the next morning, Steve had a crew out to shovel the roof and patch it so that no further damage would occur until the roof could be redone properly. What service! What a relief!

And I consistently felt like they were looking out for my best interests. In addition, the professionalism, patience, and respectful behaviour of the staff helped me to rebuild my relationship with my neighbours, who had suffered through bad experiences with the previous roofers. Had my shingles damaged by raccoons and could not get the original installer to respond to my request for service. Called Mr. Roof Repair and they responded in a very timely manner and completed the job in a professional manner.

After I described the problem (shingles blown off in a recent storm) and sent them photos, they quoted me a price up front and scheduled an arrival of "Between 8 and noon". Just around 8 AM, a van pulled up and two very courteous servicemen introduced themselves. I showed them the areas, and they said they would also check the rest of the roof. Despite the cold morning (it just snowed), they were cheerful and got right to it. I went to work, and came home to find everything done. The next day I was charged exactly what they quoted, no surprises.

We have an old house with a flat roof. It has been newly renovated. The problem started with a small leak in the bathroom. When contacted Mr. Roof came quickly and tried to isolate the leak and repair it. They provided pictures before and after the repair - but warned us that they could not be certain of the repair because they were not 100% sure of the leak. A few weeks later the leak re-appeared and larger repair was needed. They provided a written estimate and went ahead with the work. Because of cooler weather the process took a bit longer than normal but they communicated with us during the delay. Always professional.
