My parents had used Mr. Roof Repair in the spring to repair some missing shingles and referred us to them this fall when a leak appeared on the kitchen ceiling. They were prompt and efficient in stopping the leak. On top of that, Pietro, the repair specialist, when returning to pick up a forgotten tool, reattached a piece of the soffit that an animal had torn off. We didn't even know it was off and he did it free of charge. It’s nice to know there are good still companies/people out there. No hesitation recommending them.

In September, Mr. Roof Repair responded to an emergency call we made after one of the wind storms took down parts of our eavestroughs and soffits, as well as blowing off some shingles. While they were here, they assessed the entire roof and provided us with a detailed report on our roofing system along with a quote for further work. Since then, we've had them back to complete the work they recommended. All home improvements should go this smoothly. Samantha and Kim in the office and Adam and his aide at our home made this all a great experience. Thanks for everything. These are people you can count on.

I contacted this company based on their online review and was intially impressed with the customer service. I had an emergency situation with major leaking ocurring in my home. They sold me their estimating service based with the assurance that it included a temporary repair as well as a credit towards a roof replacement. The temporary repair they attempted was completely ineffective and had no effect on the leaking. The roof assessment took weeks to provide and when it finally arrived it consisted of a couple of flickr photos with a sentence or two description. The worst part of it all is that after weeks and weeks of requesting it, they never even provided a quotation for the roof repair. Basically they took the $449 and ran. Needless to say, this company has great reviews and when you call them, the customer service seems great but they do not deliver on their promises. We finally gave up and contacted another roofer and they put a temporary fix in place within days that actually worked, and replaced our roof within a couple of weeks. Please do not waste your time or money based on the stellar reviews that are reflected here.

They were very professional, quick at doing the job, did amazing work and great guys to hire. I would recommend them anyway. If anyone is looking for a roof to be done or fixed give them a call you will be happy.

This is the second time we have used Mr. Roof Repair. We were very happy "again" with the workmanship, professionalism, and promptness of this company. Pietro was the on-site repair person and he was fantastic and truly a pleasure to work with. We appreciated the follow up from Kim to ensure that we were satisfied with the repair. We would definitely recommend Mr. Roof Repair to anyone.

Mr. Roof Repair initially came by to re-attach some shingles that'd come undone after a recent storm -- a job they did well. Their inspection also revealed that the shingles covering my upper floor outside walls (if that makes sense) were attached straight to the underlying frame, without being properly weatherproofed. (My terminology is probably off, but I hope you know what I mean). I was pleased with their service so far, so I had Mr. R-R take care of the permanent fix as well, at a later date. They replaced those shingles by proper siding -- another quality job.

All throughout the process everyone I dealt with, repairmen as well as all the people in the back office, were always friendly, prompt, helpful, correct and professional. I don't know a thing about roofing, but Mr. R-R always made sure I knew what was going on. There were no nasty surprises come billing day (in fact, they subtracted an amount after it became apparent an expected step during the repair wasn't necessary) and I feel confident they expertly prevented a potentially expensive future problem by fixing my walls. I couldn't recommend these guys enough. So thanks very much, Pietro, Mike & Joe (and everyone else whose names I forgot).

We had a stubborn roof leak that had eluded a previous repair. Right after the big flood, when every other repair company was turning away customers, Mr Roof Repair came out quickly, did a temporary repair and gave us a very reasonable quote for the permanent work that I really believe was necessary. I asked about doing more work (and paying more money) and they talked me out of it, which I really appreciated. The work was done quickly and, as I type this with pouring rain outside, effectively. Would highly recommend.

In June, a raccoon had destroyed my soffit after she and her family were evicted from my home by animal control trying to get back in to the attic. I contacted a company to replace the soffit once the raccoon was removed. I waited 2 and a half months, through excuse after excuse as to why they weren't fixing my soffit that particular week. Fed up, I came to HomeStars, found Mr. Roof Repair and two weeks later my soffit was repaired. They are proof that good things come to those who wait. ;) Thanks to Joe and the gang for my renewed faith.

I called when I found my skylight was leaking. Turns out, it wasn't the skylight at all but a leak coming from a few feet away, which found its way into my house at the skylight. I was quoted by several other companies to replace the skylight entirely as they clearly weren't interested in a small repair job. Mr. Roof Repair was prompt and thorough and have solved my issue as the recent rain hasn't come in. I have no problem recommending these guys.

After the heavy rain a few weeks ago, we discovered that an old leak, one we had thought was fixed last year, was leaking again. We called Mr. Roof Repair to address the issue as the company who fixed the leak last year is now out of business. They came out, explained what was happening and fixed our leak on the spot.
