Mr Roof Repair.Ca

I called Mr. Roof repair asking for them to come by my home to give me a quote. The account manager Mike "sold" me on spending $99 on a service agreement for their specialist to inspect and diagnose my roof. After waiting 5 business days and not hearing anything back I called (call not returned) and then finally emailed Mike asking when I could get the quote I paid for. I was given the excuse that people in the 'reporting division' were sick/short staffed and that he would get back to me asap. On the 6th and 7th business days I called the main line and left a message to follow up on my quote. I was then handed off to apparently one of Mr. Roof Repair's principals Joe. Joe insisted on launching a full investigation after I requested a full refund - since it was more than 2 weeks since I had paid for but had not received my quote.
Joe continued to insist on completing his full investigation even after I had requested a full refund more than once and indicated that I did not want a quote and would not do business with Mr. Roof Repair going forward. I suspect Joe did not address my request for a full refund until he noticed my negative review on homestars. After noticing my review he called me up and said he would refund me in full "only after I had deleted my review". It was evident to me Joe was only interested in me deleting this review even though "it would be buried in 2-3 weeks" and that "he did not need my business since they do hundreds of jobs a year in the GTA". I found dealing with Joe not to be a smooth and easy experience. He was not an understanding person from the client's perspective as I found him to be dismissive and arrogant when he told me several times how he "doesn't make any money from the $99 charge" and that he "doesn't need my business" throughout this very frustrating experience.
In the name of full disclosure, I did delete my original review and was fully refunded my $99, but only because I had the ability to post a less than favourable review on homestars.

The great Toronto storm in early July damaged the seal around a stack causing water damage in an upstairs bathroom.
I called this amazing company to do the repair.
Joe explained company commitment, service and policies in detail, and Pietro did the repair.
The courtesy, professionalism and follow up demonstrated by Pietro were amongst the best I have ever experienced.
I recommend this company to anyone needing roof repairs. The service and follow up are exceptional!

Although we were unable to use this service at this time, we appreciate how Pietro took the time to come and meet with us, I will definitely be calling them once I can get the work done

Best roofing company and one of best companies I have dealt with. Contact in office was Joe and Pietro who came to do the work is amazingly good. Initially had a leak on flat roof, two other companies had mis-diagnozed the problem. Pietro got on his hands and knees and discovered cracks others had missed. He did a quick fix - thankfully - it saved a major problem when the big storm came. Then he came afterwards to do the full job. Was a pleasure to work with. Thoughtful and extremely detailed oriented. They are now working on a second project. I wouldn't use anyone else for roof repairs!

I found the people at Mr. Roof Repair incredibly easy to talk to and they promptly sent a very capable gentleman, named Pietro, to my house to assess and repair a leaking problem we were having in our roof. Pietro went up on the roof, took pictures of the leaky area, and used the pictures to fully explain what problems may lay ahead. He fixed the immediate problem and subsequently outlined what we would be looking at down the road. He said he would forward my name to their roofing company, but also encouraged us to get competitive quotes. I was, overall, extremely happy with the friendliness and expertise of the people at Mr. Roof Repair. I would highly recommend this company.

I got in contact with Joe the night of a bad downpour, since we had a huge leak in the roof and I had used Mr. Roof Repair at our old place and was very happy with their service. Nothing has changed- exceptional service and attention to detail, great explanation of what to expect, and we had someone come out as soon as the weather was favourable to temporarily fix the roof before another rainfall. Pietro who did the assessment and work was equally awesome and honest. They'll be coming back to re-roof in a few weeks and we're feeling confident in our decision to go once again with Mr. Roof Repair. Thanks guys!!

A sudden leak had sprung in my roof after all the rain recently. After reading all the rewiews on homestars I signed up for Mr Roof Repair...they came on the same day, the service was friendly and efficient and the price was right. The roof seems to have stopped leaking and I am very happy with the service.

We had a leaking roof into our master bedroom. We called mr roof repair and they showed up that same day which was very impressive. They got up on the roof and took some pictures, a half hour later the problem was assessed and quoted.
After the job was done the quote was bang on with no extra mumbo jumbo prices.
I am very satisfied with this company and their professionalism.
I will defiantly be calling them again and recommending them to friends and family.

Our roof is only 10 years old but has been leaking for several months and is now entering the attic space. Mr. Roof Repairs came out and gave us a free quote to repair the broken shingles and patch the roof. They came on time and stayed within their budget. Very happy with their service.
