We used MrRoofRepair for a leak repair for our rental property as our tenants complained about a leak in the roof. MrRoof was very professional and responsive as we are out of the country for work and needed to reply on a reputable company to solve our leak. Now our tenants informed us they have some damage to shingles suspected from raccoon or squirrel damage. Once again we are very please with the job done by Mrroofrepair and their team for worry free repair and especially their report with pictures which is valuable to us being out of the country. Thanks guys yet again.

I called them to fix a leaky roof and took the plunge for the $385 charge as I just wanted to get the probelm resolved asap. Turns out their opinion was that my roof needed to be replaced and not fixed. While I wasn't pleased with the outcome, I was pleased with the fact that that they had the integrity to only charge me $75 (vs $385). They are very responsive and upfront. My only criticism is their turnaround time to get the inspection report back.

Very impressive and prompt service with finding and fixing a leak in my daughters bedroom. Two other companies never even bothered to call me back. MrRoofRepair was professional, educated me on their findings and repair procedure and followed up with a full emailed report with before and after pictures I could share with my husband. Thanks guys

I had a growing water stain on the ceiling my upstairs bathroom. I feared roof damage, pests in my attic, etc. Mr. Roof Repair came and discovered the nuts on the roof top vent from that bathroom had rusted and shrunk, allowing water enter through the screw holes and therefore creating minor water damage. They quickly replaced the rusted nuts and sealed them on all the vents on my roof. They provided a full report with before and after pictures...no more leak, no more damage and I've got clean ceilings again. Thanks Mr. Roof Repair.

Very satisfied with the experience from the quote to the finished product. They removed my old shingles and fixed the old damaged plywood. They cleaned up very nicely and did not damage anything else around the house. I was very pleased as they even installed a vent at no cost. Thank you very much!

The recent high wind gusts blew some shingles off our roof leaving it exposed to the bare wood. After reading the reviews we were confident that MrRoofRepair would be able to help us. They responded to our request immediately on a Sunday and clearly explained their rates and service procedure and scheduled a repair the next day. The missing shingles were replaced and they went the extra mile to inspect the rest of the roof, provide some extra preventive maintenance and provided us with a detailed report of the work with pictures illustrating the work and some additional noted concerns. I woke up on Saturday to a leak in my bedroom ceiling and immediately emailed three roof repair companies. Mr. Roof Repair responded to my request within hours (and days before the other two companies). They sent out a repair person and he immediately identified (4 shingles had blown off my roof) and fixed the problem. I found the before and after pictures extremely helpful. Mr. Roof Repair is certainly not the cheapest option, but they are thorough, professional and responsive. This isn't something that I wanted to cut corners with.

I was not in country last year when a storm hit Mississauga and a tree of my next door fell on my house. With the help of a friend there in Mississauga, I got estimate, fixed and paid Mr RR. By the time I came back my house was all fixed and my tenants were also happy as they were not interested to move out. Re quality of work, all I can say it was the best. After I came back I took a idea from other friend who was in renovation and he told me I was not overcharged anywhere and paid a good price.
