External waterproofing for basement (4 sides)
This year I had record amounts of snow melting while at the same time it was raining hard and as a result I had some seepage coming in from the basement walls in my 112 year old house.
I consulted many water proofing companies about resolving the issue and chose Mario based on his knowledge and his approach. He takes his time to investigate and recommends the best approach to solve the issue. Based on that, I hired him instantly as he seemed the most knowledgeable and felt at ease that I was with a professional. Plus he's a nice friendly guy (including his team).
Project took about 5 days total and Mario is very good at communicating and scheduling, something I find is lacking with a lot of contractors. We are now waterproofed and the sound of the sump pump going off in torrential rains is a beautiful thing!
We have had some grading issues (as expected as the ground settles) since the project completed, but MMT will return to address any issues as part of their service! Highly recommend MMT for quality and pricing.
